SkillUp Mentor is a program that was established in 2019 and on one side helps developers of all ages, skill levels and abilities to find the job that best suits their abilities & aspirations, and on the other side helps the companies find their perfect fit employee.

We know our developers very well, we know where their strengths and weaknesses lie. We follow them through the entire programme, their code goes through peer review by our mentors, and we don't recommend anyone to companies before we've thoroughly vetted them ourselves.

We also do an extensive background check on developers who are already mid and/or senior level and have not gone through the full SkillUp Mentor programme because of their experience.

So you just let us know what kind of new colleague you're looking for and we'll put you in touch with the right candidate. It's a match made in Coding School.
